Wonderful Stay, AMAZING Staff!

I enjoyed the hotel's convenient location near key attractions. My room had wonderful cleanliness, and the bed provided really good comfort after a long day. The staff were INCREDIBLY helpful. They were great too ensure i had everything needed.
I noticed the parking fee was a little high, but there were other parking options nearby.

Fantastic Stay with Amazing Staff!

The staff greeted me warmly. Mr Bashir and Mr Joey were very helpful. Ms. Catherine assisted with my checkout quickly after a simple call. Staff promptly delivered requested items, including toothbrushes and extra toiletries. The parking attendants also provided awesome service.

Many restaurants are located within a short distance of the hotel. A bus stop sits outside the door, and a rail car goes down to the falls. The casino is approximately a five-minute walk away. It makes it very convenient!

The hotel's location made it easy to walk to main attractions. I could explore the area without the need to drive. The proximity to the falls, restaurants, and the casino added extra convenience to my visit.

The hotel's restaurant provided very good meals and wines. Turtle Jack's offers excellent dining too. I really enjoyed the ease of having a restaurant within the premises.

The room was clean. I appreciated the convenient location near the falls. The check in staff accommodated my request for nearby rooms for my group. We were close to the WEGO bus stop, a plus for getting around.
There were many extra charges. I paid for offsite parking, but I was fined $30 each day. The wallpaper was peeling. No breakfast was provided at the hotel.
